The delays begin...

I was good for two days and then somehow lost track of what I was doing. For some reason, I have a really tough time finding enough time in the evening to post to Adelaide's blog. I promise, I will eventually get better.

The biggest happening right now is Adelaide learned to pull herself up this weekend. She is now crawling all over the place and then grabbing on to furniture to stand. She also got her first major bruise. She has a lovely bruise in the middle of her forehead, all thanks to standing and then... falling.

Anyway, I really do plan on trying to update more frequently. I am going to try to post some picture soon as well.

Really, I am serious

Okay, just to prove I am serious, here is my second post. Today was a pretty good day. Adelaide had a good day at daycare. In fact, I placed her very first Scholastic Book Fair order. I remeber those forms from when I was little. I was so excited when I saw hers. I ordered her a huge set of "Clifford the Big Red Dog" books.

I promise, these entries will eventually get more interesting. I need to get organized first though. I am just trying to start the habit of making entries. What do they say, it takes about a week to make a new activity a habit? Lets see if that is true.

It's time to head off to bed while the sweet baby is sleeping soundly.

My first post

So, here goes my first blog post ever. Since little Miss Adelaide's family is all over the US, this seemed like a good way to keep everyone updated on what is going on in her ever changing life. Hopefully I will be update regularly, post current pictures, and what not. I guess we'll see how it goes.
